This document defines the terms of cooperation with WEB IT through web-it.top, email, invoice, technical specification or any other agreed communication channel.
Effective date: June 23, 2026
This document is an official public offer for concluding a service agreement between WEB IT (the "Contractor") and any individual, sole proprietor or legal entity (the "Client").
Using the website, submitting a request, paying an invoice, signing a technical specification or starting cooperation means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
Below are the current details of the Contractor applicable to this Offer.
The Contractor may provide development and support services for digital business solutions.
Orders may be placed through the website, email, messengers, a CRM system or any other agreed method.
A technical specification, commercial proposal, invoice or the parties’ correspondence may serve as confirmation of the scope of work.
Service pricing is determined individually.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins after the advance payment is received.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the Contractor’s details.
Delivery timelines are determined separately for each project.
The Client undertakes to provide the necessary materials, access credentials and information in due time.
If the Client causes a delay, the delivery timeline is automatically extended for the duration of that delay.
The work is considered accepted if the Client does not provide reasoned remarks within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Any remarks must be submitted in writing.
Property rights to the created work transfer to the Client after full payment unless otherwise agreed separately.
Until full payment, all rights to the results remain with the Contractor.
WEB IT may use the fact of project completion and its visual materials in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed separately.
Projects may use OpenCart, WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, React, Vue, libraries, modules and third-party services.
WEB IT is not responsible for changes, discontinuation, licensing restrictions or bugs in third-party software.
If WEB IT provides hosting or administration, the Contractor will use reasonable efforts to ensure stable service operation.
However, absolute uptime, the absence of attacks, hardware failures or Internet issues is not guaranteed.
WEB IT’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant service.
WEB IT is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, loss of clients, business reputation or other indirect consequences.
Unless otherwise agreed separately, WEB IT solutions are covered by a 30-calendar-day warranty period.
The warranty does not apply to changes made by third parties, third-party modules, plugins, APIs or hosting platforms.
Refunds are possible only for work that has not been completed.
Completed work, consulting, audits, configuration, integrations and development are non-refundable.
The parties agree not to disclose confidential information received during cooperation.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances.
The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
WEB IT reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer.
