LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

This License Agreement governs the terms of use for software modules (hereinafter – the "Product") provided by WEB IT LLC, EDRPOU: 44692285 (hereinafter – the "Licensor").

The purchase or use of the product constitutes full agreement with the terms of this agreement.

2. Subject of the License

The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, limited right to use the product without transferring ownership rights.

  • The Product is an object of copyright.
  • The User receives the right to use the code, not ownership of it.

3. Access Procedure

  • After payment, the user is provided with a license key.
  • The key is displayed in the personal account.
  • Download access may be provided along with the key.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Transfer, resale, or distribution of the product is prohibited.
  • Decompilation, deobfuscation, or interference with the code is prohibited.
  • Public posting of the product is prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in the blocking of the license without a refund.

5. License Key

  • The key may be linked to a domain or a specific project.
  • One key = one usage (unless otherwise specified).
  • Transfer of the key to third parties is prohibited.

6. Updates and Technical Support

6.1 Updates

  • The User has the right to receive product updates throughout the product's life cycle, subject to its availability.
  • Updates are provided free of charge.
  • In case of account blocking for violation of license terms, access to updates may be limited or terminated.

6.2 Technical Support

  • Basic technical support is provided for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
  • Basic support includes fixing bugs in the product's operation.
  • Adaptation of the product for third-party modules, templates, or individual needs is not included in basic support and is performed on a paid basis.
  • Response time and deadlines for work completion are determined by the Licensor depending on the complexity of the request.

6.3 Support Extension

  • After the basic period ends, the user can extend technical support on a paid basis.
  • The support extension period is 12 months.
  • The cost of extension is specified on the respective product page.

7. Free Products

  • Provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Support is not guaranteed.

8. Liability

  • The product is provided "as is".
  • The Licensor is not liable for any damages.

9. Termination of the License

  • The license may be revoked in case of violation of the terms.
  • In such cases, access to the product may be restricted.
