WBT Brain API is a powerful integration module for OpenCart 3 that connects your store with the Brain supplier API and automates catalog synchronization, product updates, stock handling, category mapping, and supplier order workflows.

The module is designed for stores that want to import selected categories and products from Brain, keep prices and availability up to date, and manage supplier-linked products directly from the OpenCart admin panel.

Supplier Order Workflow

The module includes a foundation for supplier order interaction directly from the OpenCart admin order page:

• Detection of Brain-linked products within OpenCart orders;
• Building a supplier cart from the store order;
• Managing the Brain API cart (remove positions, clear cart);
• Manual submission of supplier orders from the order page;
• Reserving, shipping, and closing created Brain orders;
• Use of local Brain reference directories (targets, addresses, contacts, currencies, warehouses) in the order form.

Reference Directories & Automation

The module synchronizes and stores Brain reference data locally for convenient usage (targets, addresses, contacts, stocks, currencies). All key processes are supported via Cron:

• Refreshing Brain categories and directories;
• Synchronizing selected categories;
• Full product imports and price/stock updates;
• Secure cron token support with regeneration capability.

Important Note

The current version provides practical tools for supplier order management. However, full end-to-end supplier order management and the complete Brain order workflow are still evolving and will be expanded in future versions to include deeper state management and delivery workflows.
